About Me.

Welcome to my Dental Hygiene Practice!

"Your Neighborhood Hygienist"

Hi, I’m Cassie Wrede, RDHAP, founder of Smiles By Cassie. I’m a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice with over 13 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I proudly serve North County San Diego, offering professional dental hygiene services in the comfort and convenience of your home.

I founded Smiles By Cassie to make quality oral care more accessible, comfortable, and personal—especially for patients who face challenges visiting a traditional dental office. From busy families and seniors to those with mobility or sensory needs, my goal is to make every visit relaxed, respectful, and rewarding.

Alongside my hygiene practice, I also serve as a Sleep Specialist, partnering with Shasta Sleep Services to offer innovative at-home sleep apnea testing. Oral health and quality sleep are closely connected, and I’m passionate about helping patients understand that relationship to improve their overall well-being.

Whether you’re due for a cleaning, interested in preventative care, or exploring at-home sleep testing, I’m here to make the process easy, professional, and personalized — with a smile.

Smiles By Cassie — bringing healthy smiles home.

Thank You all for being here.
